Introductions
Mabel's mums (Caroline and Bethany) are about to take a trip.
Tomorrow evening (6 Feb 20) we are flying Edinburgh to Dubai (7 hours 25 mins) and then after 4 hours in Dubai we take off for Brisbane (14 hours 15 mins). On arrival it will be 6.40 am and at lunchtime we will take off again for our final destination of Christchurch in New Zealand. We will travel NZ for two weeks then return to Brisbane to see Fiona (Caroline's friend) and travel up the gold coast before returning Brisbane to catch the flight home.

At the moment we are packing - this has to be for all weathers at it is summer in NZ but we will be up mountains so may get cold and visiting Fiordland which can be very wet (so wet that sadly we may not get there as just the last couple of days there has been major flooding with roads washed away etc).
Fiona, the friend in Brisbane, has lived in Australia for many years with her Australian husband Luke - I am finding space in my case for Marmite, as requested!
